MEET THE DOCTOR

Dr. Jeevan Pereira has a focus in treating sports related injuries, with experience in arthroscopic surgeries in relation to shoulder, elbow, knee and ankle. His special interest area is sports-related injuries. This includes muscle and musculotendinous injuries. Osteotomies, Meniscal repairs, cartilage related surgeries are some of the joint preserving surgeries he has his expertise in.

Dr. Pereira completed his MBBS from Mysore University 2001 and Masters in Fr. Mullers Medical college, Rajiv Gandhi University 2005. He then went onto completing basic training in Arthroscopy in Kamineni Hospital, Hyderabad primarily from Prof. J. Vidhyasagar in 2007. He further enhanced his skills in Shoulder, Knee and Ankle Arthroscopy and Sports medicine from National University Hospital, Singapore 2009. Post which he completed Shoulder Scopy training from Dr. Peter Campbel from Australia. After the training from Dr. Peter Campbel the went onto enhancing his skills in elbow arthroscopy under guidance of Mr. Lee Van Rensburg and Mr. Andrew White in UK.​​
